JESSICA STRINGER PHOTOGRAPHY CLIENT AGREEMENT
1. A non-refundable retainer is due at time of booking to secure your session date & time, this is non refundable and non transferable for no shows. If session needs to be rescheduled, you must give 24 hours advance notice, or a new deposit is required.
2. Behind the scene photos are allowed with photographer approval. Please ask before taking photos in my studio :)
3. Please do not bring onlookers to your session. This can be super distracting to kiddos being photographed.
4. Turn around time for photos can be up 3-4 weeks, but most of the time sessions are returned within 3 weeks. The gallery will stay active for 30 days starting from when you received gallery. There will be a 10$ fee to reopen any gallerys that weren't downloaded in that time.
5. There may be absolutely no editing or altering of any kind done to any images taken by Jessica Stringer Photography. This includes filters, Facebook auto enhancer etc.
6. Please email me to confirm your appt the day before the session.
7. Balance is due THE DAY OF THE SESSION. I can accept cash, check or venmo.
8. Please! If you or your children are sick, please reschedule your session. If your child or you are noticeably I do have the right to cancel the session and reschedule.
9. Jessica Stringer Photography is not responsible or reliable for any injury's or accidents that may occur.
10. Jessica Stringer Photography is not responsible for quality/cropping of prints order from anywhere other than directly from the gallery.
11. Clients who are more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their session.
12. Photos are kept for 4 months after the session. After 4 months, the photos are deleted off my harddrive and not available to be reuploaded.
